At LH Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new decor or furniture doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
